Welcome to my web home
I'm Jeff... a casual down-to-earth guy working hard to keep all the ends together. Chances are, you'll find me out and about enjoying the outdoors!
There’s no place I’d rather be than diving the ocean floor or on a sailboat off the coast of San Diego. It's fun to dive off La Jolla and the Coronado Islands, but there's nothing quite like diving in Australia, Bonaire, Little Cayman and the Floria Keys. When I'm not on/in the water, I also like to go backpacking, rock climbing (and teach it), biking, skiing (both water and snow), and occasionally, I give my golf clubs a swing.
I'm also a college sports fan. Going to school in the Big XII Conference was one of the most fun experiences of my life! Even though I'm far from ol' Mizzou, I still do a good job of following my Tigers. Just look at my license plate (MU TIGRS, short for University of Missouri Tigers)! One of my favorite Mizzou football seasons was 2007. I went back to Columbia to see my Tigers run all over Nebraska, and I headed to KC after Thanksgiving for a terrific Border Showdown (aka game of the century) with those anything but beloved Jayhawks. I ventured south to San Antonio for the Big XII Championship and then again to Dallas for the Cotton Bowl. Wow, what a great, memorable season!
2008 wasn't bad either as I broke down and bought season tickets! I traveled back to Columbia for most of the home games and even made it to Austin for the Texas game, and of course to KC for the Border Showdown at Arrowhead!
Jeff's next adventure...
I
know it's hard to believe but I actually don't have any big trips planned! I know - what's wrong with me?!? Antarctica and Europe are pretty high on my list so we'll see... and I would love to make a return trip to New Zealand and Australia! I had the time of my life down under!
