Adam and I worked together at Austin360.com in Austin, Texas, the Live Music Capital of the World! We spent numerous nights out on Austin's streets and took in some great live music (i.e. Ian Moore, Guy Forsyth and Bob Schneider) at Antone's. And then there's 6th Street! It has to be one of America's best nightlife scenes. I'm very envious of the fact that Adam went to the University of Texas. On a recent visit to Austin (2/25/05), it made me want to think about grad school! Adam now lives in Seattle and works in Internet Sales for whitepages.com. One of these days, I'm going to get up to Seattle, and he's promised to give me the grand tour.

Mike Pirner, www.mikepirner.com
Mike lived across the hall from me during my freshman year at Mizzou. He is one of the most spirited people I know! I'll never forget the many hours we spent together standing and cheering our voices out at countless Mizzou sporting events that stretched from Columbia to San Diego. And how could I forget his political views? Mike is by far, the most loyal Conservative I know. I won't give him credit for moving me closer to the right (yes Mike, can you believe it?), but I must admit, his political insight is always worth a read. Mike recently started his own Web design business. Need a site? Let BrowserSites.com put you and/or your company online.

Eric also lived next door to me during my freshman year at college. And now, seven years later, we live (relatively) close to each other once again. Eric recently received his Master's from USC and currently works as an online news editor for the Los Angeles Times. I've introduced him to authentic Mexican food and even taken him for a sail off the coast of San Diego, but I'm not sure he's convinced Southern California is really the finest place to live. But let's be honest, Eric has virtually seen it all, so maybe he has seen some place better (Europe?). He's been to places around the world that I could only dream of going to. One day, I hope to transform my dreams into reality and follow Eric's footsteps around the globe.
